"The flat was very comfortable and homely; an ideal place for an extended stay. Even though in a busy part of town, because of traffic restrictions, it was delightfully quiet. It was clean, and adequately equipped for the kind of cooking you would normally be doing on holiday. Being very near Goncourt metro made touristic travel round the city really easy.I would warmly recommend 12 Rue D'aix. Katalin, though delightful and helpful, left us perfectly in peace after handing over the key, which is exactly what we like."

"Location in a quiet and peaceful street, no car traffic. Very close to metro 11 and all necessary shops, bakery - just around the corner. Nearby pizzeria open until late. Apartment on the first floor, spiral staircase, quite comfortable. Renovated staircase. Rich equipment, as if someone lived there permanently, and not as a rental. Nespresso coffe machine. No dishwasher, but it's not a problem."

"We liked the charm & location of the apartment being near the canal area. We appreciated the convenience of getting into the apartment too! The apartment was clean and has a bathtub/shower and it’s unusual to find an apartment in Paris with a tub. We rated it an 8 out of 10 because it didn’t have a/c & it was very hot in Paris when we arrived on June 14th. Luckily there was a fan in the bedroom & all the windows opened."

"The downside of the property was that there was no a/c. And because we had to have the windows open it was very noisy on the street with neighbors talking very loud in the street. I think if we’d come in the fall or earlier in the spring having a/c would have been no problem."
